A lawyer with over 18 years in structured finance, capital markets, and investments. She built her foundation in traditional law and, within the venture capital ecosystem, found the purpose that now guides her work: bringing legal practice closer to innovation and real value creation. Her practice centers on sustainable finance, impact funds, carbon markets, and regenerative agriculture, with fluency in blended finance architectures. She translates regulatory and technical complexity into sound decisions, giving capital the confidence it needs to flow toward the projects that matter.
